Article 01: How To Easily Pick The Symptoms Of Heart Disease

Symptoms of heart disease often go undetected because we as a society in general will tend to put up with what we may call heart burn or dizziness or swallen legs and much more without thinking it necessary to go to the doctor. We think these symptoms are nothing and will just go away. And of course they often do go away for a while but then they return. I know from experience with two brothers that they put up with this type of thing for years and years without seeking help until one of them ended up having a major heart attack.

When he was checked out properly at the hospital he was told that he had already had minor attacks but didn’t know it! This also was the case with another brother. So to all you macho men in particular that think nothing will happen to me – get checked out if you have been experiencing any of these symptoms of heart disease. One of my brothers continued ignoring these symptoms and sadly he died of a massive heart attack. This was so unnecessary.

I know many of you may feel that they are just bothering the doctor with minor ailments but really these could be the start to something fatal. It is always better to be cautious than to be ignorant. Even though very healthy active people can have a heart attack it is still more likely to occur in people who are over weight, smoke, are unfit, have high blood pressure, high cholesterol and are stressed. This coupled with signs such as chest tightening, dizziness, swollen legs, palpitations, shortening of breath are a major sign of heart problems that definitely should not be ignored. If you are someone like this then you should be taking on some preventative measures before it is too late.

Some of these measures are firstly seeing to your doctor to have some tests done. Seriously consider losing weight by eating healthy at the same time as starting a gentle exercise program that has been approved by your doctor. You must stop smoking!! Just by doing these things you will notice that you will have less symptoms of heart disease to worry about. For the majority of people heart attacks can be prevented or at least delayed substantially if you start looking after your body correctly. It is never too late.

Having a healthy body and mind will also help you to read these symptoms of heart disease much better allowing you to take control of your destiny instead of living as though you were a time bomb ready to go off. Another point to remember is that heart disease does not only affect men but it is highly prevalent in women. So all you women out there take note of what I have just said as it includes you too.

Article 02: The Definition Of Heart Disease

A lot of people have been bombarded with warnings and advice about the heart and how to prevent heart disease that they sometimes no longer listen. Or it is simply because the mere mention of the words such disease, coronary artery disease, coronary heart disease, or cardiovascular disease, does not mean anything because you don’t know what these conditions mean and how exactly they can be destructive to health. What’s the difference anyway?

The terms for such diseases are in one way or another related because of the chain of effects they have on one another. Understanding the different heart disease definition and how they’re mostly used can help you sort through the mess. Knowing more about the various types of definition and the destruction they do to your body will better incline you to take steps to prevent them. Here are some different types of the definition:

Atherosclerosis Heart Disease Definition
Atherosclerosis is the major form of such illness and over one half of deaths in the US are a direct or indirect result of it. In Artherosclerosis, there is a buildup of fatty deposits on the inner wall of the coronary arteries called plaque which is a porridge-like gathering of cholesterol and their compounds within a fibrous coat and is very hazardous.

Coronary Heart Disease Definition
It happens when some of the arteries that carry blood to the heart muscle become narrowed with fatty deposits called plaque which is composed of cholesterol and fats building up on the wall of the coronary arteries. Narrowed arteries results to the heart not fully supplied with the oxygen and other nutrients it needs, and if the artery becomes severely blocked, heart attack occurs.

Rheumatic Heart Disease Definition
It involves the damage to the entire heart and membranes and is a result of a complication of rheumatic fever occurring after attacks of rheumatic fever.

Congenital Heart Disease Definition
The defects are of the heart present at birth. In congenital heart condition, the problem is present shortly after birth that causes problems for newborns. Infants with severe acyanotic varieties of congenital hear disease may fail to succeed and may have breathing difficulties.

Myocarditis Heart Disease Definition
Myocarditis is a degeneration or inflammation of the heart muscle that may be a complication during or after various bacterial, viral, or parasitic infectious diseases such as influenza, rubella, polio, or rheumatic fever. It is often caused by a range of diseases such as goiter, endocarditis, syphilis, or hypertension, however it may appear as a primary disease in adults or degenerative disease of old age.

Arrhythmia Heart Disease Definition
Arrhythmias are abnormal rhythms of the heart that causes the heart to pump blood less efficiently. Most temporary and benign arrhythmias are those where the heart skips a beat or has an extra beat which are often caused by strong emotions or exercise. However some arrhythmias are life-threatening and require treatment.

Article 03: Smoking Is The Cause Of Coronary Heart Disease

The heart disease caused by smoking is coronary heart disease.

Heart disease is one of the most touched health-related topics at the present time. It is just right! If we take a look at the kind of lifestyle we have today, it is not impossible that we develop certain illnesses like the deadly disease. Although it is apparent that a lot of people are becoming more and more health conscious, but still there are those who aren’t.

There are several types of such disease, but the major ones are the atherosclerosis, coronary, rheumatic, congenital, myocarditis, angina, and arrythmia heart disease. Although heart disease can be deadly, it is also preventable. The most basic and simple ways to prevention is to exercise regularly, eat heart-healthy diet, maintain healthy weight, avoid smoking, and have regular health screenings. It is never too late for anybody to change lifestyles and practice healthy habits for the betterment ones welfare.

A heart disease is caused by many factors and smoking is one of them. Smoking is very popular when it comes to causing damages to our health. Don’t you agree? Smoking and using any tobacco products are never safe. No amount of tobacco is ever considered safe as well. Cigarette smoking and use of tobacco products are the most preventable causes of deaths around the globe.

The type that is caused by smoking is coronary heart disease. Many studies detail the evidence that this that is caused by smoking will eventually lead to a heart attack. Cigarette and tobacco products users have high risk of developing heart disease caused by smoking that of non smokers. Smokers who have a heart attack are more likely to die within an hour of the heart attack. Doesn’t sounds so scary?

Cigarette and tobacco smoking or any the use of any tobacco products is very rampant. Unfortunately, it increases the risk of coronary disease. All the tobacco products contain thousands of chemicals and nicotine which is very addictive. Nicotine is not only responsible for your bad breath, staining your teeth, but also increases the risk of recurrent coronary heart disease after bypass operation.

Smoking increases blood pressure, decreases exercise tolerance, and increases the tendency for blood clot. When the blood clots build up and block the arteries, heart attack will occur. Therefore, it is evidence enough that such illness caused by smoking is coronary heart disease.

Studies also have shown that the risk of developing the disease caused by smoking, after five years of giving up this bad habit, is the same as for someone who never smoked! I think this is some good news to smokers who struggle to quit and to those who are thinking of quitting. You have all the right reasons to stop. It’s never too late! Practice a healthy lifestyle and quit smoking in order for you to live longer and disease free.

Article 04: Workouts That Will Improve Your Heart Disease Condition

There are several ways that you can do to avoid heart disease and exercise is one of them.

8932331754564396

One of the major risk factors related to heart disease is physical inactivity. Exercise is important for all the right reasons! It is good to our body, and most importantly, it is required for our heart to function effectively and efficiently. Our heart is a muscle and when a muscle is not exercised, it can become weak and flabby. It is important for our heart to maintain its endurance, its tone and ability to circulate blood through our body. If you have a list of things you don’t like, PLACE exercise in the list and start a healthy life. Get on your feet and do something for your heart.

If you want to have a life free from the dreadful heart disease and exercise is not your thing, it’s about time you need to make a drastic decision in your to make exercise your THING. Even if you don’t have those extra baggage wrapped around all over your body, you still need to do IT. If you think overweight and obese are the ones at risk to heart disease, think again, you can have it, too.

Exercise is important for it activates chemical messengers in the body that stimulate all of the systems of the body. It can also make you feel better and healthier. When you exercise you are doing something for yourself. It has physical, emotional, and even spiritual components involved in it. And all of these components are stimulated when exercise is put into in a positive way. If you are enjoying every time you workout, you are in the right track, which means that your workout is put in a desirable and positive way

Your motivation of losing weight should be a healthy life free from such disease and working out will become appealing to you. Even if there is no proof that exercise can prevent coronary artery disease, yet there is good evidence that it can affect other risk factors. Regular workout can normalize out heart rate and lower it as our heart becomes more effective in its ability to pump blood. Exercise also can decrease the level of circulating fats in our blood, reduce blood pressure, and help you lose weight.

Exercise itself is not the answer. You will need a special type of workout to maximize the results and make it all worth the effort. The type that is good for the heart is aerobic, wherein you are not just moving or playing. Aerobic can increase your heart rate and maintain it in an elevated state for a period of time you are exercising and this will result to a stronger heart.

There are many things that you can do to keep a life free of heart disease and exercise is one of the best things you can do for your heart. Stop worrying about the disease and workout regularly!

Article 05: The Truth About Heart Disease And Cancer

Heart disease and cancer are closely intertwined due to the fact that cancer treatments put a risk for heart disease. Having cancer can predispose one to heart disease, the number one known killer. Not only does chemotherapy drugs affect the heart, but further research shows that cancer survivors are more likely to face heart and other cardiovascular diseases as these cancer therapy, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, tend to be toxic to heart muscles and organs as well as killing not only cancer cells but also other cells in the body.

Although at present the number seen on these cases are small, it presents a large potential future risk. Women who have been treated for breast cancer may even be at a higher risk since the treatment takes place close to the heart. However, some solutions may be coming, as a clinical trial for the FDA approved new ExAblate system for treating non-cancerous uterine fibroids is being studied as a treatment for breast and other cancers. This system combines magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound that potentially makes it a more heart-friendly treatment for cancers and other tumors.

Another fact that links heart disease and cancer is that they are perhaps two of the most feared problems in modern society. Emory University in Atlanta, GA scientists shows new research which sheds light on a new class of enzymes that may be both active in both of the illnesses. This enzyme converts oxygen to a destructive form called reactive oxygen and shows to play a role in abnormal cell growth in both heart disease and cancer. This destructive form reactive oxygen has been connected with damage to cells as well as damage to DNA.

The research studied a member of the new class of enzymes called Mox1 and found that it serves as a growth promoter to cells that produce the reactive oxygen. This oxygen in turn causes a quicker than normal division of cells, which is seen in some forms of heart disease and most common in cancer.

This abnormal cell growth results to a devastating effect in both diseases. In cancer it results to the formation of tumors, while in heart disease it results to the formation of plaques on vessel walls.

The experiment on Mox1 involved the cloning of the Mox1 gene which was inserted to mice cells. It showed that once inserted, the cells started to divide more quickly taking on the characteristic of abnormal cells. Tumors resulted when these cells were inserted into mice.

Before this research, reactive oxygen was not known as a causative agent for cancer and through the research it demonstrated that reactive oxygen can be a cause of cancer and the Mox1 enzyme can produce the reactive oxygen. However, scientists also found out that by removing reactive oxygen from the cells will reverse the process. They are hopeful that this new findings will lead to a new way of treating the two.

Article 06: Glyconutrients As An Essential Help To Treat Heart Disease

Glyconutrients are being called “the biggest revolutionary change in the war against disease”. They are newly discovered class of nutrients that have powerful effects on the immune system because of their ability to aid proper cellular communication. Science has established that the body uses glyconutrients to prevent infections and disease, and slow down the aging process.

Glyconutrients show medical improvement in every major group of disease such as chronic fatigue, cancer, asthma, diabetes, urinary infections, heart disease, and many more. When used along with chemotherapy, surgery, or radiation treatments, have lessened the side effects of these treatments and helps the body to recover and heal more quickly than if these treatments were implemented alone.

The discovery of Glyconutrients and heart disease as one of the diseases it may be able to reverse, has led to great hopes of finally being able to battle this disease. To better understand the dramatic results in people after taking glyconutrients is a need to understand at how the disease process begins within the body. They are not prescription drugs that are prescribed to heal or cure any particular conditions rather that they are a food. The fact is, glyconutrients are eight essential sugars that are not always readily available in our food chain. Most of our diets only contain two of these sugars today, although the body can manufacture six of the other sugars, stress and other factors has slowed down or halted the process. When this happens, proper cell functions are disrupted or cells begin to miss-communicate resulting to the start of disease process.

In the case between the two, like the normal functions of glyconutrients in the body, once the disease process begins, the immune system identifies that something is wrong and tries to defend the body against the disease. If the immune system has enough “ammunition” to fight the disease, the body will return to its original state of health. However, if the body is not equipped to handle the disease, then the disease begins the upper hand and health declines. Adding these sugars to your diet allows your body to win the war against diseases and heal itself. Glyconutrients allow the body to “treat” or defend itself against diseases.

Glyconutrients and heart disease go hand-in-hand, as adding glyconutrients to ones diet especially those who suffer from heart disease will bring great benefits to the healing process as well as the prevention of further complications. The effectiveness of the two things rate reduction amongst the general public will be a driving determinant for glyconutrients playing a leading role in the emerging twenty first century wellness industry.

A person should consider glyconutrients as an essential part of their overall nutritional program.
